Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hamilton and Burlington is recognized for its comprehensive recruitment, screening and training processes for its volunteers.

Our high standards in screening and child safety practices contribute to the protection of everyone involved in our programs.

To Get Involved

We require that you:

• attend an orientation session
• provide personal references
• provide a police background check
• attend an interview
• attend a training session
• be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year
